Who we are

Prime Jet Services is a private jet charter brokerage based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DSO — Operations Centre 1-A-101-11-12, Dubai Silicon Oasis). Our website is https://flyprime.me. You can reach us at [email protected] or +971 55 330 2605. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect and why

Charter enquiries and quote requests

When you request a quote, ask about an empty-leg flight, or contact us through a form, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and trip details (route, dates, number of passengers). We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and arrange your flight. It is stored in our booking system and shared with aircraft operators only to the extent needed to arrange the flight you requested.

Booking and travel documents

If you book a flight, we need passenger names and travel-document details, as operators and authorities require them for the flight. Copies of travel documents (such as passport scans) are used solely to complete the booking and are deleted once the details have been recorded — we do not keep document images on file.

Empty-leg alerts and email updates

If you sign up for empty-leg alerts, we store your email address and chosen route(s) so we can send you matching deals. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. If you have received a quote from us, we may send a small number of follow-up reminders about that quote; these also contain a one-click unsubscribe link that stops reminders without affecting essential emails about a confirmed booking.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

Server logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained for a limited period and are not used for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies: technical cookies set by our page-caching system (which store no personal data), and Google Analytics cookies as described above. We do not run advertising or social-media tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully usable without them.

Embedded services and links

Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google’s servers. Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Pages may link to other external sites; their privacy practices are their own.

Payments

We do not collect card details through this website. Where card payment is offered, it is processed through a dedicated PCI-compliant payment provider on its own secure pages; bank transfers go directly to the account named on your invoice. We never ask for card details by email.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary to deliver the service you asked for: with the aircraft operator and ground-service providers for a flight you book, with our payment provider when you choose to pay by card, and with our IT service providers (hosting and email) who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and aviation-record requirements. Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Travel-document copies are deleted once booking details have been recorded, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you any non-essential email. Contact [email protected] and we will act on your request promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to our booking system is restricted and protected, and sensitive personal data held in it is stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep the data you give us safe and to collect no more than we need.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
