How we measure it
The index is a snapshot of every empty-leg flight available through Prime Jet Services’ global operator network on the date shown above. Flights listed with a published price form the sample; "price on request" listings are excluded. Each price is compared with the typical cost of a full one-way charter of the same aircraft class over the same distance, using our published rate card including landing and handling fees. Savings are capped at plausible bounds (10–90%) to exclude data errors. Figures refresh from live inventory and the index is re-issued quarterly.
